Description

Responsibility:
  • Administrative Staff in Kyoto office. Office admin to support Kyoto office and coordinate information and provide support in an office environment.
  • Office management; support in preparing and managing office supplies, as well as other general administrative tasks.
  • Shipping arrangement; support the handling of domestic and international shipping operation.
  • Visitors support; support overseas visitors to welcome to Kyoto office
  • Traveler support; support to prepare for employees’ overseas business travel
  • Finance; support to check employees’ reimbursement request regularly
  • Asset management
  • Emergency Food Management
  • Others; up to situation
 
Qualification:
  • Group administrative work / related job experience
  • Basic English reading and writing skills and Native level Japanese communication skill
  • Solid PC skill, MS application / Google application
  • Situational communication skill with various type of stake holders
  • Team work skill to deliver outcomes effectively
  • Embraced change behavior
  • Experience to work for multinational company *nice to have
